"I must say that is experience is one of the best that we (my wife and I) have had in quite a while. From the moment we stepped out of the car - EVERY SINGLE staff member we encountered - had a smile and was very helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, we were acknowledged the second we started to walk towards the desk. All questions were answered and additional helpful information was given about certain locations of things in the hotel. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean and fresh. The bedding was beautiful and quite comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom and kitchen was well stocked. The only suggestion that we would make is that there is no fan in the bathroom. Other than that, it was like a home away from home. Thank you so much for a wonderful time and keep up the good work. Our experience at this hotel has changes out preference to Renaissance properties in other locations. If we find the same at other places, you have us hooked!!! Thanks again!"
