The Spa at The Inn at Bay Harbor along with Northern Michigan Regional Hospital is pleased to host a series of lectures on the most important thing in our lives, our health. Lecture admissions is $10 at the door; the evening begins at 6:15 PM and includes refreshments, complimentary chair massages and tours of the spa.
