Join us for an inspiring, stress-free retreat with Yoga Instructor Suzi Blanckaert. Connect with new friends and reconnect with yourself. Our Yoga weekend encompasses a compassionate approach with emphasis on meditation, physical healing and spiritual transformation that overflows into daily life. Each class has a different area of focus including restorative poses, stretching, strength and balance. All levels of experience are welcome as we practice breath awareness, looking inward, and moving at your own pace.
Weekend Retreat Includes:
- Friday night intro to workshop (dress for Yoga) and reception with snacks
- Three 90 minute Yoga sessions (mats and props provided)
- Trip to outdoor labyrinth and walking meditation
- *50-minute spa service of your choice
- Vegetarian Ayurvedic dinner and wine tasting Saturday night
Workshop begins Friday, April 5 at 7 p.m. and ends Sunday, April 7 at 11:30 a.m. Retreat is limited to 12 guests. Yoga classes will be in our beautiful Penthouse Suite overlooking Little Traverse Bay. Round trip transportation to the labyrinth is included.
