Thursday, October 2

Main Lodge Hotel Rooms: $80 plus taxes per room
Heather Highlands Inn: $90 plus taxes per room

This will allow you access to the cropping floor at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meals are on your own until dinner begins with the package on Friday. Vendors and snacks will begin at 3pm on Friday. The Slopeside Lounge in the Main Lodge Hotel serves food daily.

Your retreat includes:

A 24-hour spacious crop area, with 8 feet of personal space
Tables are NOT assigned, but if you arrive before the rest of your group, you can save tables for them.
All-inclusive and Local scrapbook packages may arrive as early as noon on Friday. Keep in mind that Friday lunch is not included in your package, so eat before you arrive, or enjoy our menu in the Slopeside Lounge. Stores will not open until 3pm.
One lamp provided per 8' table. You can bring additional lighting. Please bring own extension cords if bringing other supplies that require to be plugged in.

Scrapbooking Friday from 12pm through 3:00pm Sunday scrapbook area does not shut down for those who want to crop all night
