Spa Yoga Weekend at The Renaissance Inn at Bay Harbor

Join us April 13 - 15, 2012 for an inspiring, stress-free retreat with Yoga Instructor Suzi Blanckaert. Connect with new friends and reconnect with yourself. Our Yoga weekend encompasses a compassionate approach with emphasis on meditation, physical healing and spiritual transformation that overflows into daily life. Each class has a different area of focus including restorative poses, stretching, strength and balance. All levels of experience are welcome as we practice breath awareness, looking inward, and moving at your own pace.

Northern Michigan Spas donate over $10,000 to Habitat for Humanity

BOYNE Spas and the Northern Michigan Spa Tour recently raised and donated over $10,000 to benefit Habitat for Humanity. The funds will be shared with six area Habitat Affiliates including Antrim County, Benzie County, Gladwin County, Grand Traverse Region, Northwest Michigan, and Otsego County.

The spas donated a portion of their sales from a week of fundraising October 3 through 9, 2011. It was an opportunity for people to relax, feel great, and raise dollars all at the same time.

Mary Margaret Hornbaker, Executive Director for Northwest Michigan Habitat for Humanity explained, "I am honored and humbled by your commitment to give back. You help us reach out to share the Habitat for Humanity Mission of providing safe, decent and affordable housing for those in need in our community."
