Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning (FEEL)

FEEL uses interactive exercises to engage people by connecting with horses. When you are involved in experiential learning with horses you gain profound insight about yourself.  With horses as your teachers you can learn how to use your bodies wisdom, intuition, emotion and feeling as useful information in your everyday life.  Horses give you an "aha" experience and "here and now" moments that facilitate rapid change.  This highly innovative approach is gaining popularity all over the world for its powerful effectiveness.

Why horses? 

Horses are highly sensitive and intuitive prey animals. They are constantly responding and adapting to the environment and people around them. Horses respond to positive and negative changes in body language and behavior. They can intuitively sense the energy and intent of people and in turn tend to mirror and reflect those emotions and energy. Horses are nomadic creatures by nature and purely live life in the "present moment." That is a gift that we can use more of in our modern society. Horses are especially talented in this field as they do not have any judgment or preconceived notion of who or what you are. There is no ego involved. They are only interested in your authenticity, congruency and honesty. They see every aspect of you, everything you cannot see especially in yourself.

The horse becomes the biofeedback mechanism in which we see ourselves and how we can measure our effectiveness, energy, and nonverbal communication. There is no doubt our actions are more powerful than our words. A facilitator  will help you in this process by interpreting the responses and body language of the horse and participant, so you can learn profound insights about your authentic self.

Personal Development Workshops

By embracing the horse wisdom, we allow the horse to teach and guide us to our true self.  In a gentle and nurturing way, horses can help us remove barriers we have unknowingly created in our lives.  You can discover and open the pathways to your personal growth and intuition by removing these barriers.  Once we have awareness, we can expand our possibilities and experience inner joy!  Workshops are available to anyone wishing to experience their authentic self and honor the gift of the horse.  Previous horse experience is not necessary.  All horse activities are performed from the ground with a facilitator to preserve the safety of the horse and participant.  We encourage you to be open to new experiences so that you benefit from this wonderful journey.

Corporate Team Building and Leadership

Horses are natural team players.  Each horse will find their position or place within the herd. A horse’s position is generally determined by how that individual can best serve the group. It is important to know that each individual has a specific role and responsibility to the community.  Horses are great partners in organizational development because they have no investment in the outcome of our relationship with them.  That's why the information they give to us about ourselves is so powerful.  They provide us the perfect mirror to see how we interact with those around us. 

Through working with the horses, individuals will develop clarity in their communication skills, personal strengths, and self awareness.  By utilizing the curious, instinctive nature of the horse, we help your team identify obstacles and create opportunities to model new patterns of cooperation & interaction.  Team members will be able to immediately understand and apply these principles in their lives and on the job.
