Yin Yang Yoga
Add balance to your day with slow to medium flow yoga and restorative yin poses, great for beginners.
Classes are 60 minutes and run throughout the summer, 2014.Call 231.439.4046 to inquire about the weekly yoga schedule. Space is limited, advanced registration is recommended. Private yoga instruction is available by appointment.
