This class is accessible to beginners to advanced fitness levels alike, but expect a good workout! Modifications and advancements are offered for each exercise. Barre combines small, isolated movements for each muscle group, providing a full body workout in each session and combines pilates, yoga and ballet inspired movements (though no dance experience is required).
$15 per person
All classes are $15 per person.
Check-in and pay at The Spa 10 minutes prior to class.
All necessary equipment is provided, including Lululemon yoga mats.
