Both Cottages locations are on Inn at Bay Harbor resort property. Lakeside Cottages are adjacent to the hotel, and Crooked Tree Cottages are located along the golf course at Crooked Tree Golf Club, just across US-31.
All Cottages are accessed via keycard entry.
Lakeside Cottages:
Lakeside Cottages are split into four units, two lower-level Two-Bedroom Lakeside Cottages, and two upper-level Three-Bedroom Lakeside Cottages. Three-Bedrooms are accessed via stairs.
Crooked Tree Cottages:
Located on Crooked Tree Golf Club course, guests will make the short drive from Bay Harbor across US-31 onto Crooked Tree Drive. Each Crooked Tree Cottage is a standalone building with private access.
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Please visit the Inn at Bay Harbor front desk to check-in.
No, express check-out is available. Simply leave your keycards inside the Cottage upon departure.
For Lakeside guests, self-parking is available in the eastern parking lot of Inn at Bay Harbor. For Crooked Tree guests, self-parking is available directly in front of each cottage, in the driveway, or on the street.

Yes! Cottages guests are invited to utilize the outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub (year-round) at Inn at Bay Harbor. Towels are available from the pooldeck. Simply bring your keycard to access the pool area!
Guests of the Cottages are welcome to utilize all resort facilities, including the fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub, and golf practice facilities. Guests of the Cottages are also able to access resort amenities and activities like:
Yes, Cottages guests enjoy a private washer & dryer in each unit. Guests are also welcome to utilize the laundry facilities inside the Inn at Bay Harbor, on the second floor.
A deposit of 50% of your total stay is required to confirm your reservation. Golf packages require a depost of $100 per person. Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to your arrival date will allow a refund of your deposit minus a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival require forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Deposit Assurance is available for purchase during the time of booking in order to protect your deposit within our 14 day (or November 1 holiday) cancellation window.
