This summer, The Spa at Inn at Bay Harbor is proud to offer Fitness Classes at the Inn's state-of-the-art fitness center! Each week, we offer professionally-led classes where resort and public guests of all levels are welcome. Find your vacation motivation, or switch up your wellness routine!
Classes & Schedule
Weekly fitness classes are available June 24 - August 19, 2026. Sunset Sound Healing is available July 6 - August 31, 2026.

Meet Tyra
Tyra is the Inn's year-round fitness instructor. She works as an elementary school art and physical education teacher in the area, and has over seven years of experience teaching fitness classes. A certified personal trainer, she is also certified in teaching Barre, Yoga, Cardio bootcamp, HIIT, weight training, Spin, Zumba, and more. She has a passion for living an active lifestyle, and loves the energy, motivation, drive, and friendships that are created through group fitness.


Meet Aleece
Aleece brings over nine years' experience in the wellness space to the Inn. While completing her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, she has amassed over 1,200 additional hours of certifications, including Sound Healing, Reiki, Energy Work, and more. Additionally, she serves as a Deep & Buti Master Trainer, Mobility Specialist, Stretch Therapist, and Doula. Through this extensive training and hands-on experience, Aleece possesses the tools, intuition, and passion to empower guests and provide moments of deep reflection.
Pricing & Registration
Fitness Classes | $20 per person
Register and purchase online up until 10pm the day prior to class.
Drop-in space may be available, but is not guaranteed.
Sunset Sound Healing | $40 per person
Advance registration required. Register and purchase online up until 3pm the day of class.

All necessary equipment is provided, including Lululemon yoga mats, and all skill levels are welcome! Space is limited, so we recommend registering for your preferred class in advance! Youth ages 15+ are welcome with an adult.
