They are not required, but appointments are strongly suggested, especially weekends and during the summer months. We suggest making your appointment two weeks or more in advance.

Peak pricing is in effect for Massages, Body Treatments, and Facials on all Fridays & Saturdays and select holidays. It is in effect daily for the months of June through September.

Please arrive at The Spa 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment time. Check-in is located at the Spa Concierge desk, just to the left of the spa entrance.
In an effort to efficiently serve all spa guests, late arrivals do not receive an extension of scheduled services.
An 20% service fee will be automatically added to all services. Additional gratuity for superior service is always appreciated.
No outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought into The Spa.
However, we have created an exclusive menu to enjoy solo or with a group. Explore our menu of food and beverages and order online for delivery to you after your spa treatment, or during your nail service. Orders must be placed by 11am the day prior to your spa appointment, and you'll denote your preferred delivery time between 10am-3pm during checkout.

No, appointments at The Spa do not offer guests access to additional amenities outside of the locker room and relaxation lounge. The outdoor pool and hot tub are for lodging guest use.
We strive to provide a serene and peaceful space for all guests. Please turn off your mobile phone before arrival to ensure the tranquility of your spa experience, as well as that of others. For your comfort, a luxurious robe and sandals will be provided.
Undergarments are not necessary but may be worn during the treatment if preferred.
All staff are professionally trained and licensed to ensure the highest quality of service and integrity. Proper draping techniques are always used to protect your privacy and comfort at all times.
Spa Policy for Guests Under 18
For the safety and comfort of our younger guests, spa services for individuals under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent.
• Ages 16–17: May receive any spa services with signed parental consent. A parent or guardian must remain on the property during the appointment.
• Ages 13–15: May receive manicures, pedicures, or facials with signed parental consent. A parent or guardian must remain on the property.
• Under 13: May receive nail services only. A parent or guardian must remain in the treatment room during the service.
Therapist Assignment
For the comfort and protection of minor guests:
- Same-gender therapists are required for massage minor appointments, unless otherwise approved by a parent or guardian and management.
All minor appointments must be booked by a parent or legal guardian with a valid credit card on file. Certain treatments may be restricted for guests under 18.
