“I was able to gain confidence through speaking with guests, improve my time management skills, and expand my knowledge of the hospitality industry as a whole. There are things that you learn in a classroom setting about hotels and hospitality and then there are things that you can only learn by doing. This internship opened doors that allowed me to begin my hospitality career post-graduation from Central Michigan University.”
