This spring, we're welcoming Kimberly of Black Star Farms, an award-winning winery on the Leelanau Peninsula, to Bay Harbor for a wine-focused weekend! Featuring a welcome reception, educational tasting, finished with a chef-crafted seven-course paired wine dinner, wine enthusiasts can look forward to immersing themselves in one of Michigan's most famed wine regions.

Black Star Farms Wine Weekend • $159 per person
Includes admission for each session Friday-Saturday, wines and snacks, and seven-course paired dinner.
Please Note: This event features mostly dry wine selections and is limited to 30 guests. Price includes tax and gratuity.

Itinerary & Menu

Friday, 6-7pm | Bubbly Welcome Reception

Meet your host, Kimberly, Black Star Farms representative and wine expert, who will be leading the weekend's events! Enjoy pours of Black Star Farms' sparkling Bedazzled and Blanc de Blanc, and learn about the different methods of producing sparkling wine as you toast to the start of a fabulous weekend. Light snacks will be served as an accompaniment.

Saturday, 3pm | Educational Wine Tasting

Learn from Kimberly about Black Star Farms varietals as you taste your way through several selections in the Arlington Ballroom. Artisan cheese and crackers will be served as accompaniment.

Saturday, 6pm | Paired Wine Dinner

Enjoy an intimate paired dinner with a Lake Michigan view in The Sagamore Room. Kimberly will lead guests through a seven-course journey of several Black Star Farms wines paired perfectly with a customized menu prepared by our Executive Chef.
